There is such concern for actions today that success is ensured for the future. There is an expression of inner specialties & virtues at every step & with every action. Experience: When I am able to maintain a constant stage of positivity, I am able to experience constant success. Whatever the situations may be they don't influence me negatively. On the contrary I begin to see each new situation as a beautiful learning that enriches me and makes me move forward.

It is amazing how often we can get in our own way without even being aware that we are doing so. Even though we truly want to succeed, there are many reasons why we may sometimes block our own efforts. It may be that we are afraid to succeed, so we subconsciously create circumstances to keep ourselves stuck. Or it may even be that we are afraid that we will succeed, so we block ourselves by making the achievement of our goals more difficult than they really are. We may even approach our goals in a way that keeps creating the same unsuccessful results. If you believe that you’ve been standing in your own way, you may want to take a piece of paper & record how you’ve done so. Write down the choices you’ve made that have hindered your efforts & the fears that may have prompted you to make these decisions. Take note of any thoughts & feelings that arise. It is important to be gentle & compassionate during this process. Try not to blame yourself for getting in your own way. Remember the choices we make always are there to serve us, until it is time to let them go. When you are finished, throw the paper away while setting an intention that you are getting rid of any obstacles you’ve created to block yourself. You can then let yourself start again with a clean slate. Doubts & fears are going to be natural, but with this new awareness, you should be able to prevent yourself from subconsciously thwarting yourself. Besides, now that you’ve decided to get out of your own way, the part of you that has always wanted to succeed can now do so.

Feel your feet on the floor, the air on your skin & listen for a response to arise within you, rather than just going with the first thing that pops into your head. You may find that in that moment, there is the potential to move beyond reaction and into the more subtle & creative realm of response, where something new can happen.

But if I am for myself only, what am I?” We are links in a chain. The fate of each link affects the fortunes of all others. There is individuality but not independence. We are dependent upon each other at every turn. Our integrity affects the integrity of the whole. We are each a part of a system of relationships that embrace our family, friends, neighbors, business associates, organizations, communities, nations, & family of nations. No single object or entity exists independently. What we do to others, we do to ourselves.

To overcome a negative habit, we have to ensure that the intellect is strong & stable enough to lead the mind with knowledge & comprehension. In this way, transformation is more deep & lasting, creates satisfaction & fullness, and greatly improves our self-esteem. Our mind, which is under the influence of an old program, must be left in no doubt that "I", the original personality, no longer wants to go down that old road. We must have the strong determination to create a new thought pattern; this will also be recorded on our memory bank. This new register will help us to avoid taking up the old habits the next time something similar happens. For a period of time the 2 thought patterns, the old & the new, will exist alongside each other. To achieve a long-lasting transformation, we should not suppress our mind & immediately eliminate all the habits or tendencies to which the mind has become accustomed to. If we do this, the mind will begin to cry & make a fuss, & finally, the moment we lower our guard & stop paying attention, the old habits will emerge again & drag our mind towards automatic thoughts & actions so that, almost without us realising, we are once again immersed in our old way of thinking & doing. We have an alternative: creating thoughts of a greater quality that emerge from a new conscience. In this way, thanks to these positive thoughts, full of love, harmony & creativity, the mind will start to cleanse itself, replacing the old habits & negative tendencies in a totally natural way. The positive thought that preceded the positive action is still conscious, but the more we repeat the positive action the less conscious we are of the thought that created it. The time comes when we don't know why we are doing whatever we are doing: it has become a positive habit.

In those moments when we feel discouraged, it’s helpful to remember that we don’t ever really go backward. It may be that we are at a standstill because there is a new obstacle in our paths, or a new layer to get through, but the hard work we have done cannot be undone.
Every step on the path is meaningful, & even one that seems to take us backward is a forward step in the sense that it is what we must do to move to the next level. In addition, an intense growth spurt requires that we rest for a time in order to fully integrate the new energies that have been liberated by our hard work. We commonly become emotional, either in times of sorrow e.g. at being separated from a loved one, at experiencing failure in an external event, on hearing a negative news, etc. or in times of joy e.g. when our child or spouse or even pet performs a warm act, while watching a movie, etc. While we have always believed that it is absolutely normal or natural to become emotional & some of us even believe that it is good to let go of our emotions & crying once in a while makes us lighter & stronger; on a spiritual level, becoming emotional comes under the realm of dependencies & dependencies always weaken us. This is because when we become emotional, instead of influencing our self on our own, we allow something or someone outside our self to influence us. We bring that something or someone or some event outside our self, inside, in front of the eye of our mind, attach our self to it, & lose our self in it i.e. we let the image hijack our internal world in a way, as we become subservient to it. As a result our thoughts, feelings, emotions, words, actions are influenced in a big way by the image. This is a spiritual definition of becoming emotional. Passing on the remote control of my internal world to the outer world in this way is a sign of a not so strong internal self.

Resisting From Playing The Blame Game
A very common negative habit that some of us possess is blaming others when required, either in the family or at the workplace, to save face & gain temporary respect, even if it is at the expense of someone loosing face & being disrespected. It is a very common occurrence in offices when an issue arises between people, before the issue is taken up with the head of the particular department or the office, one of the two people involved in the conflict, who is more at fault, will present his case to the head in such a way so as to blame the other & to free himself & maintain his reputation in the office & find favor with the head.
Let us look it from a higher level. The person who blames is attached to an image of himself being as being extremely efficient & well-respected at the workplace, who never does anything wrong or incorrectly. He identifies with this image completely & because of that is very attached to it. In the above scenario, if he lets his mistake come out in the open, this internal image, which he carries, would get tarnished (harmed), something which he is in love with. So there is attachment & because of that there is fear of loss or harm to the object to which there is attachment, the image in this case. This image, which is so defined in spiritual language, is called reputation in common language. Also, there is attachment with an internal image of being more successful by getting a possible promotion & progressing at the workplace in the future. This image is also about to get damaged since the job might be lost or a promotion might be stopped. So there is attachment to this second image & fear of harm to this image also. To protect these two images, the person plays the blame game. The Law of Karma, though, does catch up sooner or later with such a person and with such behavior. Being honest may cause temporary harm to these two internal images or reputation as defined above, but one remains safe according to karmic principles in the long run & the temporary harm, if any, is undone & respect regained.

There are times when you may find that being around certain individuals or groups of people leaves you with feelings of discomfort. It may be that spending time with a particular friend feels draining or that dealing with a specific coworker exhausts you. Being around toxic or angry people is also draining. And you may even find that being surrounded by a crowd of people lowers your energy levels rather than perks you up. This is not that unusual. Each of us radiates energy & is capable of being influenced by the energy of other people. It is important to learn how to shield yourself, so you don’t unknowingly take on someone else’s energy. While some people know how to instinctively protect themselves from being adversely affected by energy, most of us need to discover & practice the technique that works best.
There are a number of ways to avoid being affected by people’s energy. Shielding is one preventative technique you can use. Center yourself & envision being enveloped in a cocoon of loving & protective light. This protective layer should allow you to consciously regulate the energy around you. The intent to shield oneself is all you need for this technique to work. You can even create a trigger word to assist you in quickly creating a shield. Say this word each time you create a new shield, until the word & the shield become automatically associated in your mind. If you run into a person whose energy you find draining, you may want to cleanse your own energy field after your encounter. Cold showers, singing, mineral water baths, spending time in nature & a simple break to recharge are all ways to accomplish this.

The energy of laughter from a newborn baby, the feeling of joy radiating from someone in love & the frequency of calm emanating from an enlightened teacher are just some of the energies coming from others that you may want to have around you.

Throughout our lives, we are taught to value speed & getting things done quickly. We learn that doing is more valuable than merely being, & that making the most of life is a matter of forging ahead at a hurried pace. Yet as we lurch forward in search of some elusive sense of fulfillment, we find ourselves feeling increasingly harried & disconnected. More importantly, we fail to notice the simple beauty of living. When we learn to slow down, we rediscover the significance of seemingly inconsequential aspects of life. Mealtimes become meditative celebrations of nourishment. A job well-done becomes a source of profound pleasure, no matter what the nature of our labors. In essence, we give ourselves the gift of time, time to indulge our curiosity, to enjoy the moment, to appreciate worldly wonders, to sit & think, to connect with others & to explore our inner landscapes more fully.

Sometimes the best thing we can do for others is to hold our tongue. When tempted to give advice that is not wanted, to show off, to say, "I told you so," or to point out another's error, sometimes the best policy is to say nothing.
We should strive "not only to say the right thing in the right place, but far more difficult, to leave unsaid the tempting thing at the wrong moment.
The Practice:
Ask yourself "What would I want to hear if I was in the other person's shoes?"
Then say the right words, at the right time, from your heart to their heart.
You might change someone's day, or even their life.

Within each of us, there is a well of energy that must be regularly replenished. When we act as if this well is bottomless, scheduling a long list of activities that fit like puzzle pieces into every minute of every day, it becomes depleted & we feel exhausted, disconnected & weak. Refilling this well is a matter of finding time to focus on, nurture & care for ourselves, or "you time." Most of us are, at different times throughout the day, a spouse, a friend, a relative, an employee, a parent, or a volunteer, which means that down time, however relaxing in nature, is not necessarily "you time." Though some people will inevitably look upon "you time" as being selfish, it is actually the polar opposite of selfishness. We can only excel where our outer world affairs are concerned when our own spiritual, physical & intellectual needs are fulfilled.
Recognizing the importance of "you time" is far easier than finding a place for it in an active, multifaceted lifestyle, however. Even if you find a spot for it in your agenda, you may be dismayed to discover that your thoughts continuously stray into worldly territory. To make the most of "you time," give yourself enough time on either side of the block of time you plan to spend on yourself to ensure that you do not feel rushed. Consider how you would like to pass the time, forgetting for the moment your obligations & embracing the notion of renewal. You may discover that you are energized by creative pursuits, guided meditation, relaxing activities during which your mind can wander, or modes of expression such as writing.

"You time" prepares you for the next round of daily life, whether you are poised to immerse yourself in a professional project or chores around the home. In my life i had been through child abuse and also had
a relation with a lover who left me and never came back, I had learnt that men
r not trustworthy and maybe that was the answer to my failed relationships and
the fact i had a difficulty trusting men. In this session when i went to the
white light i saw the master soul and my soul mates, when i asked would i ever
have a soul mate i got a reassurance from the master soul , he indicated me that
i had to wait for another 6 months as this was not the right time and i was
given blessings and was allowed to stay in the white light til i am refreshed
